During the COVID-19 pandemic, I identified a growing need for home office solutions, particularly for individuals working remotely in shared living spaces. To address this, I designed and produced custom door hangers that allowed people to communicate their availability—whether they were working, recording, or gaming.
What began as a handcrafted, small-scale project quickly gained traction, leading to collaborations with major brands such as Max Factor, Mandarin Oriental, Chick-fil-A, and Three Mobile. As demand increased, I transitioned from hand-cutting each piece to implementing cutting machines and scalable production techniques, allowing me to efficiently meet bulk orders without compromising quality.
Beyond the technical execution, this project strengthened my skills in market research, trend forecasting, and client collaboration, proving my ability to develop a simple idea into a successful product line.
Posters

All of my illustration posters are meticulously crafted using Adobe Illustrator for precise outlines and Photoshop for detailed colouring. This combination allows me to create high-quality, visually striking designs that are both unique and tailored to each customer’s preferences. My goal has always been to ensure that every piece feels personalized and one-of-a-kind, making it a meaningful addition to their space.
Throughout this journey, I have gained extensive knowledge of print standards, paper types, and production processes, ensuring that each illustration meets professional-grade quality. Additionally, engaging directly with customers has helped me refine my customer service approach, allowing me to better understand their needs and expectations.
Beyond technical expertise, my passion for innovation and market trends has continued to grow. I take pride in anticipating future demands, exploring new creative directions, and adapting my designs to align with emerging aesthetics and consumer interests.
Communication Cards

A soul midwife approached me to design a set of conversation cards to facilitate discussions around sensitive end-of-life topics. The goal was to create a tool that would help patients and their families navigate difficult conversations about funerals, final wishes, and emotional well-being in a gentle and approachable way.
To counterbalance the weight of these discussions, I focused on a light-hearted yet respectful design approach, using warm colour palettes, uplifting illustrations, and carefully chosen typography to foster comfort and ease. Each card was crafted to encourage open dialogue while maintaining a sense of dignity and compassion.
Additionally, I expanded this project to create a separate deck of mental health communication cards. These were designed specifically for individuals who struggle to articulate their emotions. They provided a visual and text-based system to help them express their needs, feelings, and mental states when verbal communication becomes challenging.
From initial concept development to final manufacturing, I handled every aspect of the project, including illustration, typography, layout design, and print production. The result was a set of meaningful, user-friendly tools that serve as a bridge between individuals and their support networks.
